Maybe you're not aware of this but the military
has been experimenting with the project of cre-
ating a superman for decades through science,
intense conditioning, eugenics( the science of genetic/DNA manipulation), and mind control.
Some of the exploits from those who've escaped from these military camps could tell you things that are stranger than fiction, and I'm
convinced the part the government is allowing the media to publish freely, openly is just the tip
of the iceberg of everything going on in these
military/science camps.
