There is an old horror flick where at the end of the movie you see someone's head get decapitated and it rolling down a street.. maybe there was a convertible toward the end ... not sure ... asking for a friend .. anybody know?

Its from late 1990's or early 2000's about a bunch of people who got stranded at a motel in the middle of no where. They start getting killed of unexplainably. It turns out that they all had something in common. In the end you find out that all these people were different personalities of a schizophrenic man and a psychologist was trying to get rid of all but the one personality to prove to a court or something. Please any help with help. Actor listing or name of movie or anything.

Larenz tate as frankie lymon -great. and halle berry as dorothy dandridge -great. gregory hines as mr. bojangles - great. Angela basset as tina turner was hard for me to get used to, but i did. jamie fox as ray charles -great. so jamie foxx is supposed to be bob marley in the bob marley documovie. I just don't see it. great actor but the looks will bother me. anybody have an idea of who could play bob marley?
