Though that quote is famous, Seka meant Sperm. Considering that the average man only emits 1-2 Tablespoons, that's a lot of men.
I think she was using hte "Hundreds of gallons" as a way to point out how many she'd been with, rather than an actual amount. Exaggeration for effect, so to speak.

I'm sure she was stretching the point but I've seen many of her movies and she did swallow a lot of sperm. She also did a lot of girl on girl movies. Her trademark was that she always wore a silk scarf - blue or green.
