excerpt:LOS ANGELES (AP) — A third juror in the Michael Jackson case who initially favored a guilty verdict weighed in after two others expressed second thoughts, saying she believes the entertainer is a child molester but joined in the verdict exonerating him because of reasonable doubt.
Appearing on MSNBC on Tuesday, Juror Katarina Carls said she initially agreed with Eleanor Cook and Ray Hultman that Jackson was guilty, but decided she could not convict because of jury instructions that he must be acquitted if there was reasonable doubt. She said it was possible that Jackson's accuser was lying. "I kept asking myself, is there any slight possibility that this boy might lie at all? And my answer was yes," she said. Cook and Hultman said Monday as they began publicizing book deals that they believe Jackson molested his 15-year-old accuser and now regret finding him not guilty in the June verdict.

What am I going to do? I'm a very nice and sweet girl. That's all I ever am to everybody. Nice. I go to this new school, and already a lot of people hate me. Why? I sang a Christina Aguilera song for the talent show about two weeks ago. This one boy in my class told me to sing, and this one girl hates it when people tell me that for some reason. And she said I can only sing that one song. And shes always cocky to me. And other girls are like that too to me. All I am is nice to them, and the last thing I want is a fight. I have yet see little value in this "great lyricist." His lyrics are decent at best, and even so, it sounds like random emo sentences written on notecards that are then scrambled and put in a random order to make fall out boy's song. And he is not hot, but everyday there are thousands of teenage girls who fall in love with this half decent looking person. So tell me, any hypothesis to the reason why?

I suppose it is a joke to vote for a clueless 17 year old. What is really happening is the people who vote for him are taking away the opportunity for someone that is actually good at singing. The Idols that have won have done very well in the music arena. Some of us even enjoy the singers that are on. I have seen at least two people that have been cut, one was #13 and she will not be able to tour with Idols now and Sanjia will. Where is the justice for that? She has lost $ and he has gained $ for what, a flat note, to much hair? Really find something other to do with your time.

I'm just curious because everyone seems to think that burning effigies of Richard is overreaction. Do you think that if Shilpa sued him for sexual harassment it would be appropriate or overreaction again? It seems that the kissing was uninvited from the video footage and Shilpa (no matter how much she's trying to cover for Richard now) seemed shocked and unprepared to be accosted in public. I am speculating that the only reason Shilpa did not push him away was because she's hoping for a Hollywood movie role in the future.
