I have yet see little value in this "great lyricist." His lyrics are decent at best, and even so, it sounds like random emo sentences written on notecards that are then scrambled and put in a random order to make fall out boy's song. And he is not hot, but everyday there are thousands of teenage girls who fall in love with this half decent looking person. So tell me, any hypothesis to the reason why?

First of all, Pete isnt the only one who writes the songs. And the lyrics are awesome. And no he isnt exactly hot, but he is cute. And just because you think he isnt doesnt give you the right to go blabbering about it on Yahoo! this is for more serious questions than that.

You are the stupid one. Have you ever heard of anything called opinion? In case you didn't know, there is no universal definition for the 'hotness' of a guy. Different people have their own opinion of what characteristics they think is hot. I'm sure you like someone that somebody else doesn't think is hot. The reason he is so hot right now is because he is so popular. I persoally like him but I know that in about 6-9 months all kinds of girls will stop to like him. He is actually kind of old for teenage girls, he is 27. Just wait, this will all blow over soon.

The reason is adored by so many is because he's a rocker dude who writes good lyrics that people could connect to and he's in a band.

I've never thought of fall out boy as emo, they are pop rock in my opinion *shrugs*. I do agree though, he isn't hot, I dont see what's so "special" about him. He looks like an everday regular guy.

i agree with most of it. he is an awesome emo lyricists due to the fact that he is emo. but hey, he's famous and because lots of girls adore him, like me, he and the rest of fall out boy try to help the people in africa with this upcoming tour:
