Someone who's going for a distant run, what tips can I give?
I have:
- Warm up before running (stretch!)
- Comfortable clothing
- Eat healthy breakfast
- Breathing patterns
- Pace yourself
- Drink water
- Good running shoes
I need 5 more!
Please help!!
And can you explain one of the above (or one of your own) tips in more detail?

Have you guys seen the yahoo news headline that reads "Rice begins long process in the Middle East"? Well, the first time that I read this headline, the first thing that came to my mind was that it was a new recipe made with rice that they were beginning to make in the Middle East. Isn't that funny? Have any of you also read a headline in the newspaper and miss interpret it?

I've been kicking around the idea of a spy show and I thought it would be a good idea to end the show's season like this: The character on the show who was a child genius realized what he needs to do to discover who the mole within the CIA is. He calls the main character and she tells him to come her house. He goes to the house and hears her call for him to come into the kitchen. He goes into the kitchen but the boss of their CIA division is in their instead, she is the mole we realize right then when she kills him with a knife. (commercial) The main character comes home and finds the genius dead and the boss waiting for her. They fight and the fight leads upstairs when the main character goes for where she keeps a gun hidden, before she fires the boss stabs her, but she is able to put a few caps in the boss's *** before she goes unconscious. commercial. Her husband comes home and finds the house on fire. The fire company finds 2 bodies (3 people were in the house).

within like 25miles or less...Farah Fawacett went to the same high school i did in Houston(for awhile) ZZ Top grew up about 15 miles away...Vince Young about 20 miles away... and Kevin Kolb/Josh Becket about 12 miles away...anyone past or present grow up in ur area???
