I believe the song is "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" by (originally) Cher (I think), but Nancy Sinatra's version was used in Kill Bill and is probably more popular now.

That song was writted by Sonny Bono and originally recorded by his then-wife Cher. That's the version I have always been familiar with. It reached #2 on the pop charts in 1966.
