On their way home after celebrating their 25th anniversary, the
wife thanks her husband for a wonderful evening.
"Oh. it's not over yet," says he.
Once in the house, he gives her a little black velvet box. She
opens it in anticipation and finds two little white pills,
"What in the world are these?"
"Aspirin," he replies.
"But I don't have a headache," says she.

I'm just curious because I read an article recently that said that so many more people are aspiring to become famous these days according to polls. This is probably due to the fact that there are so many reality shows out there that make fame seem only a show away. People feel close and connected to the reality stars they watch on TV and honestly feel like they will either meet them one day or be in their shoes. Now a days one could argue that it's easy to become famous even without a specific talent or expertise. (See Laguna Beach's Kristin Cavallari or The Hill's LC.)

I'm not saying it's not good to have goals, but I was just wondering how many people out there share this same goal. I'm not critisizing you if you say one day you wish to be famous. I think it's great, and I hope to see you on TV one day! Just let me get an idea of the percentage of people wishing to be famous by telling everyone on Yahoo! Answers that you will be the next star!

I'm getting paler
And I can't sleep at night
I'm having hunger pains
Which I always seem to fight

I've lost 20 pounds now
I'm weaker than ever
I thought this would make me stronger
In fact, it even seemed clever

This is a bad habit
I can't seem to shake
If I keep doing this
I fear I will break

I wish I knew away
Out of this disaster
In fact I think
Suicide will be faster

I seem to die
A little more each day
I'm not fine
I don't think I'll stay

This place is too much
It puts me to shame
Nothing is ever okay
And I'm the only blame

I sit and watch
As the daylight goes by
And as I'm alone in my mind
I silently say goodbye


this is my other poem i wrote, do you like it. rate it 1-10? (1 being worst,10 being best) i'll be posting more poems soon.

p.s. im only 15 years old and im dealing with anorexia so this is a very meaningful poem to me.

I compulsively wash my hands. I am paranoid about Germs! lol
I parted one dogs hair and did her drops, my husband picked up the second dog and I was trying to part her short hair and when I couldn't, I stuck my fingers to the tip of my tongue and immediately spazzed out. Can't you tell you are freaking me out with all the gross remarks????!! :O

anybody knows any techno songs worht downloading? i prefer vocals, and songs that stand out. i have winampp shoutcast radio and i abrely catch any songs i like.
