I was wandering if there are any "easy to carry" recording devices. I need one for a film Im going to shoot soon. I've been looking it up on the internet and found that a minidisc recorder records good audio. Would a minidisc recorder be useful for filmmaking? I need something that is somewhat proffesional yet not heavy duty or anything. I can't get any audio device to connect to my camera so really all I need is a external sound recorder that has a imput for a mic. If a minidisc player is the way to go then what type should I get? I also heard that there is DAT? But that may be too heavy for my kind of project.

Do you play hardball?

I am quite an assertive woman, and because of this i was asked by a guy at work, why does a beautiful woman have to play hardball all the time, i was slightly unsettled about this statement ..... and i just wonder if this was called for? i didn't say anything though i should have, and thought does being assertive make a woman less lady like or should i soften my approach? what?

How many people eat off the same dishes that they use to feed their pets?

I'd have to be the first to raise my hand. I figure that washing the dishes in a super-hot automatic dishwasher is enough to kill any and all germs. But an out-of-town guest of mine thought it was gross.
