YES, you can. They just had a contest, (I honestly forget where) but the prize was one of those stupid new games pod thingy. Anyway the contestants had to drink the most water as well as speed. One contestant (female was basically the winner but she died. N.S. She really died. She complained about not feeling well and then dropped dead. NO, I am not making this up, she did die and the TV stations reported that the medical examiner said she had drank too much water in a short period of time and this is what caused her death. This contest had been run by a local Radio station. West coast, IF I remember correctly.

Yes. You can die from too much water. The technical word for it is hypervolemia. The cells of the body can only handle so much. Your body has a precise fluid and electrolyte balance that it must maintain for equilibrium. Too much water leads to other imbalances and together they all lead to death.

Yes.. it is called water intoxication and it can kill you. A Radio station was sued and shut down for using that stunt in a contest. A lady died!

Yes, you can. If you drink too much water, it will begin to fill up your lungs, and then you will not be able to breathe. And if you keep drinking, you will die. Countless people have died from this, mainly due to lack of information.

When I was a kid I was told that drinking too much water can drown your heart, but I don't know about that. =)

yes you can. If you over drink water like when running and doing strenuous exercise and you are sweating you aren't replacing salt in your blood it is called hyponatremia. read the link in my source.
