As a "baby boomer" myself, I would love to see Sally and Burt reunited in a "Smokey and the Bandit" sequel. After all, thy're both still acting. Perhaps they could call it: "Smokey and the Bandit-Still Crazy aAter All These Years". Maybe Jerry Reed would come back with them...although he'll be 70 this year. With all the advertising aimed at the Baby Boomers, especially those automated "scooters", maybe that scenario could be included in the film...like towards the end??? Anyway, just wanted to put my thoughts out there and see if anyone else might feel the same about seeing Burt and Sally together again...they had a great chemistry on film. I have NO CLUE how such an idea could be brought to Sally and/or Burt's attention for consideration. Any ideas? Looking forward to any comments anyone night have.
