i need help find this song by a girl i dont know the name of , I heard it on new years eve and I havent been able to find it since.

its a girl with a guitar and a harmonica [kinda like a one man band]
and the only phrase of the song i know is

"I said noo no noo no n o no," and in the middle she goes "woohoo"
