i dont kno the name of it and i havnt seen it since i was a lil kid. but i rember bits and peaces of it.

it's about to some people who go to a weird carnival and it has walking eyeballs with machine guns as security. remember theres a nerd in it that takes some potion and turns into a giant monster. thats all i can rember but hopefully this sounds familar to one of u.

The horses are clearly amazed. "Wow!" says one, after a hushed silence. "A talking dog."
