Its like she has these weird little death rays in her eyes and trying to send some signal to me. I can't seem to make it out.

She has food, water, clean litter, shes fixed(so no she doesnt need a "thrill") and she only does this to me at night, its like I can feel her staring at me while Im asleep and when I wake up, shes sitting on my chest staring me down. Shes freakin me out! lol

Mine does it too, and I find myself saying stupid things to her like,"Don't yell at me with those ears", or "Don't glare at me with that crabby tail" - lol!
Yes, I've seen the weird little death rays - Usually when she's 'willing me' to do her bidding. I can usually get away cleanly if I raise my voice high, and offer her a saucer of "meeelllkkk". Then she purrs and gets that creepy kinky-tail thing, and does the figure-eight walk around my ankles, until I pour her milk. Bizarre!!!

She wants you to do something. Either she wants you to clean her litter box, or feed her, or give her some more water. Or if you let her out occasionally, she wants to go out. She wants something and she wants you to do it or she'll do something to some shoes you like. The stare is a warning.
