What's the freakin' question? What would be the global significance of the death of Britney Spears? Will I feel personally responsible if she offs herself? Do I feel she is a poor blameless victim? You seem to raise all these questions. The global significance of her death is the same as the global significance of the loss of any human being. Little if any. The world has survived the deaths of far more important people. It will survive the loss of Britney as well. No one but the individual who takes his or her own life is responsible for that act. If Britney kills herself, it will be an act perpetrated by a sick mind. Very sad, of course, but certainly not my fault just because I have an extraordinarily low opinion of her. She is not a child. She is an adult. Every problem she has in life is the result of bad decisions and weak character. But they are the decisions of an adult. These things didn't happen to her, she decided for them to be that way. My prayer is that she will get help, grow up, and start making good decisions. Meanwhile, though, she doesn't get a pass on all the stupid stuff she does. That's life.

This is what the world is coming to .. that we are all talking about a multi million dollar celebrity potentially commiting suicide whilst there are thousands of people being killed on a daily basis in Darfur and children being made to kill their neighbours and relatives in Northern Uganda, really indicates the dire state of this world.
During the 1994 Rwandan Genocide whilst the world stood back and allowed nearly one million people to be slaughtered, America was reporting on the suicide of Kurt Cobain...
and all I can say is.. HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!
People around the world are in a desparate struggle for survival each and every day and here we have a multi million dollar celebrity who wants to die. I suggest that Britney Spears takes a good will trip to Darfur and that will soon sort out any problems she thinks she has!!!

i hope not. i feel bad for her. even late night comics are feeling bad for her and ppl ant making as many jokes. i think she needs major help and needs to love out of LA and live in another country before she goes balistic.

i certainly hope not for her kids sake but hey i dont care either way i just wish she would either stay in rehab or forget it completely. am so sick of hearin about her...there are more serious and importand things in life.....like whens the trailer to pirates of the carribean 3 worlds end gunna b available ????????

Brittney went back into rehab to avoid going to court today. she is only going to hurt her self. brittney and fed should give the kids to her mother.
