Tennessee, baby! The people are friendlier, there is more to do, there is more interesting Civil War Heritage, the state is much prettier (Natchez Trace, Smokies, etc.,) it has a more mellow atmosphere, and the food is SOOO good! Nashville is booming, Memphis is unique, and "Rocky Top" is a cool song!

Kentucky, for it to be so economically dismal, is very snooty and thinks it is "special." As for the small towns, they are not welcoming to outsiders at all. The horse farms are beautiful. But, the eastern KY mountains are not pretty at all after fall foliage; in fact, they are really quite trashy. I lived there--a crappy place! I'd even live in NYC or Cali before KY.

I'm considering on buying the Mitchell MD100 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar guitar but I'm not too sure on weather or not this is a good guitar brand. I would consider myself a beginner guitarist but at the same time, I don't want to buy a piece of junk for a cheap price.

Is this a good choice for me or should I get something else? (if so name some brands)

If I wanted to create a website for my favorite TV show "24", and made a forums site, and attracted lots of members.

Here are my questions:

* Can I copy images or text from the official 24 website?
* Can I put advertisements on the site to help cover the costs of hosting
* Can I even make the site, and use 24 in my title?

Same goes for any other tv show, House, Bones, American Idol?
