I appear to be having a bit of trouble with both of late. Perhaps I should check my table of contents to see if I have any repair notes available.

Its actually the introduction...my teacher said I need to include more background information.
On another note, every morning for the past like month when I have woken up my knees, ankles and toes have been awful sore.
