Twice I have asked help for the same reason. I am trying to find the name and artist of a song. A couple of years ago I seen the video on one of the msuic channels on SKY; but nowI can't remember the name or artist. The video included a pale bald man dressed in blak walking around causing havoc by heavily blowing air. At the end of the video, the man comes across a small girl with two pony tails and black hair. The information I have just given is just to my best recollection so may not becompletely accurate.

As I have asked this question before I have received incorrect answers. One of which that appears repeatedly is 'Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy', THIS IS NOT THE SONG I AM LOOKING FOR.

I think its a ford commercial, I have no idea, its like a car driving down the road in the middle of no where and its like old cars and the cars become more and more modern. I think its a late 70s early 80s film. The scene i remember involves a black guy & a white guy, if i remember correct, they're both bald. The scene takes place near a lakeshore/seashore, because it ends with one of them grabbing an outboard motor and cuttin the other up! Its not a 'gore' movie, the scene just shows blood spatter on the wall, then cuts to another scene.
