Twice I have asked help for the same reason. I am trying to find the name and artist of a song. A couple of years ago I seen the video on one of the msuic channels on SKY; but nowI can't remember the name or artist. The video included a pale bald man dressed in blak walking around causing havoc by heavily blowing air. At the end of the video, the man comes across a small girl with two pony tails and black hair. The information I have just given is just to my best recollection so may not becompletely accurate.
As I have asked this question before I have received incorrect answers. One of which that appears repeatedly is 'Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy', THIS IS NOT THE SONG I AM LOOKING FOR.

What kind of song was it? Genre? Any details of lyrics may help.
It's easier to find the song than the video for it.
Do you remember any words from it? Was it rock, or dance music? Anything like that could help narrow down a seacrh.
