American Idol fake contestants?

I never thought the contestants were fake before, but I think the last girl was putting on a show. I don't think that was real. I think she did that to be on tv. She was laughing before she started singing and afterwards when she was talking to Ryan she tried to act disappointed but she started to smile then the camera cut away from her. So my question is do you think that she was faking? If you think she was, do you think the producers knew or she did it on her own?

Is this inappropreite for a teacher to say?

im in 7th grade and my teacher when one of her former 8th grade student came in then left said. "wow she has lots of sibblings her parents must have been bussy." and the whole c lass laughted then a class clown from our class said " yeah my parents were also bussy they had my sister only a couple months after i was born." and the teacher started the topic and it went on for 5 min until i accidently slip[ped out "this is perverted. " anyways is it weird for a teacher to say such a thing?

Does anyone know the artist/song name to these lyrics?

It starts something like this ;
" they say absence makes the heart grow stronger, but I doubt it."

And then goes to something like this;
"playing ping pong over the ocean.."

I can't remember anymore...
I heard it on the radio, but they didn't say who sang it. And I've heard it a few times before, too.
