I never thought the contestants were fake before, but I think the last girl was putting on a show. I don't think that was real. I think she did that to be on tv. She was laughing before she started singing and afterwards when she was talking to Ryan she tried to act disappointed but she started to smile then the camera cut away from her. So my question is do you think that she was faking? If you think she was, do you think the producers knew or she did it on her own?

It's all for ratings...showcase all the freaks, fakes, and the Will Hung wannabees out to get thier 15 minutes of fame. If she boldy admitted on national television to getting arrested for her singing and performances, it's a safe bet that sistah gal knows she can't carry a tune in a bucket! She sounded like someone should have passed her some Pepto Bismal for all that moaning, rather than giving her a golden ticket. I am tired of all this wasted air time on some of these bozo's. It's funny to a point, but it's beating a dead horse. I wanna see some people who can REALLY sing for a change!

You're just now figuring out that those people are there just to be on TV? C'mon do you really think every one of those who horribly sucks actually thinks they're any good. No way. They know they suck but if it gets them on TV, they don't care.
And yes I agree, the producers put them on there cause they know that will get people to watch. There's not a whole lot of reality in Reality TV. Producers stage much of it.

I really think that the producers purposly show some people who are faking it and some who really suck because they know that that is what most of america wants to see..........

i didn't watch the last one but i think a lot of them fake it. there's no way that some of those people think they actually have a shot and then there's those weird people who sing really strange. like that one girl who sang like the lion fom wizard of oz. wtf?
