THERE WAS THIS MOVIE I USED TO WATCH WHEN I WAS A KID. IT WAS ABOUT SOME KIDS WHO COLLECTED STAMPS AND THEY WOULD SHRINK THEMSELVES AND TRAVEL ALL AROUND ON THE STAMPS.

i have down loaded bit torrent but i don know how to use that also. it takes a hell lot of time to down load large files so is there any procedure so that down loads can be divided or continue in shut down copmuters?

If with, what do you prefer to listen to? Does it drown everything else out or is it background music?

If without, then what do you use to pace yourself, particularly early in a race of session? Do you ever find a song appearing in your head?

Personally, I've always run with, but recently have been finding myself going longer sessions with periods of silence and I just wonder what others do...
