Why can people use questions to rant and verbal harass other anwserers?

But not get a violation. I have seen alot of people using YA to force their views on others and verbal harass those who don't agree with them. But they don't get violations for abusing YA guidelines.

Carter family and country music?

My granny before she died said that the carter family were almost single handedly responsible for the origins of country music. Does anyone know more about this than me?
