I am related to Mel Gibson, but haven't ever met him.
I have however met many, many other "celebrities". Some are cool, some aren't... just like your neighborhood... some people are just nice, some people aren't.
For example, I think Dick Van Dyke, Ron Howard and Jeff Foxworthy were some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of hanging around with.
On the other hand, some "stars" which will remain nameless, were down right mean and nasty to their fans and/or crew.
People are people, no matter what they do for a living.

Well, he's not a celebrity, but I am related to Napoleon Bonaparte...my mom got into tracing my family tree, and he's some distant cousin of mine.
