This is the chorus from the song "You Gotta Be" by Des´ree:

"You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold, you gotta be wiser, You gotta be hard, you gotta be tough, you gotta be stronger, You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay together, All I know, all I know, Love will save the day."

Ok, so i understand that she´s talking about life and how you have to be tough and hang on when things get difficult..but what i dont understand is why she says "Love will save the day" at the end of that verse...i mean i thought the song was saying how you have to be strong but if at the end of the day, love is goin to save you anyway...then its like all your effort wont effect anything in the end, anyway...right?

Or have i just completely misunderstood the song? =))

I read that the former United States is so desperate for medical supplies that they have allegedly sent containers of grain and tobacco as a gesture of good will. Do you know what I think? (you're listning to my show so i assume you do). I say we take that crap down to the docks and throw it where the [ ???? ouster of our surragay ??? What on earth does he say?
