Afer being a customer of bluckbuster for several years I was
charged the FULL movie for returning the movie 1 week too late.
The manager claims to policies have changed and late fees up to be charged for the full movie apply after 1 week late.

Do you guys know an alternative beside Blockbuster??

I am sooooooo upset.
