I'd prefer to spend New Years with my son who's currently stationed overseas as an Army M.P. As far as I'm concerned, he and his fellow soldiers beat hell out of any "celebrity" you could name.

Hi Rez... been a long time huh? Do I have to choose a celebrity? I'd settle for a nice, funny, gentleman who knows that even if my actions contradict... I don't go all the way on the first date or the second or ... :p
I guess I should get more specific or the celebrity I end up with could be Richard Simmons :(
I want to pick a hot guy but I think Christopher Walken would be a lot of fun.

I have to agree with Kurt and say Salma Hayek, the "Dusk Till Dawn" version preferably (before she turns into a vampire) but if she can't make it Milla Jovovich would work just fine.
