An old pirate movie?

I'm looking for the name of an old pirate movie.

It involves pirates taking children onto their boat and I think the oldest daughter had a thing for one of the pirates. I can't remember if their parents were dead or if the kids were being ransomed back to their family. For whatever reason the kids didn't particularly want to leave life with the pirates, even though the pirates weren't very nice to them. I think there were four or five children in all.

I know that is hardly anything to go on...any help would be grately appreciated.

How many people out there think the 'new' Yahoo!TV Beta Sucks Rocks and should be removed and the old version restored?

If anyone knows how to get rid of it and return to the old version - please let everyone know, please.

If you are working for Yahoo - WTF? Don't mess things up - if you want to make a new interface for a system, allow users the choice of one or the other - don't force us to change to something that isn't as good at getting what everyone is looking for - simple tv listings without all that extra _junk_

Anyone know what this movie might be?

I saw this movie awhile ago, a Christmas movie. It's about this little girl, I think her parents have died and she lives in the 40s or something like that. This man comes and picks out a tree from her family's property and then brings her to the Rockefeller tree lighting. Then years later when she older she goes back to Rockefeller Center and sees the tree thats there and remembers what happened that year. Does this ring a bell to anyone?
