Two boys are playing hockey on a pond on Boston Common when one is attacked by a rabid Rottweiler. Thinking quickly, the other boy takes his stick, wedges it down the dog’s collar and twists, breaking the dog’s neck. A reporter who was strolling by sees the incident, and rushes over to interview the boy. “Young Bruins Fan Saves Friend From Vicious Animal,” he starts writing in his notebook.

“But I’m not a Bruins fan,” the little hero replied.

“Sorry, since we are in Boston, I just assumed you were,” said the reporter and starts again. “Red Sox Fan Rescues Friend from Horrific Attack” he continued writing in his notebook.

“I’m not a Red Sox fan either,” the boy said. “I assumed everyone in Boston was either for the Bruins or Red Sox. What team do you root for?” the reporter asked.

“I’m a Yankees fan,” the child said.

The reporter starts a new sheet in his notebook and writes, “Little Bastard from New York Kills Beloved Family Pet.”

This is my poem so far. I need to make it better and have some comments, but don't be too mean. And if I see this anywhere but on MY posts you will have consequences.
Here it is:
Why go on?
I give you love and you don't give any back.

Why do we go on if it's love that we lack?

When you do this to me I feel shitty inside.

Sometimes so much that I wish I could hide.

When you do this to me I try hard not to cry.

And most of the time I think I should die.

Just stop pretending that you care.

So many lies are too much to bear.

Because we do not want women going through something they consider as being unilaterally worse than taking a kick to the nuts. There is nothing positive that comes out of a groin kick for the recipient, are we then to assume with the comparison that there is also nothing good that comes from giving birth?
