At my public library they let people checkout CDs and i was wondering if its legal to import them to my itunes. Isnt the public library funded by taxes? so i was think it should be legal since we practically of paid for them

The movie was a French one, with English subtitles. Edith Piaf's famous "La Vie en Rose" is a central theme throughout the movie. The movie was very different and abstract. I loved it, yet I don't know the name.
