No way, I love playing and I can keep up in DPS with the rest of the guys.
The only downside I find to girls playing World of Warcraft is that we tend not to research as much into the technical aspect of playing our characters as we should. Game play in itself is fairly easy, but if you want to go above and beyond to become a good player you need to talk to other good players to see what they do and read your class forums (forums.worldofwarcraft.com) to learn the mechanics behind your class. Girls tend to want to just play to have fun without the added stress of competing to be the best. However, for guys this usually means they learn to play their class to the best of their ability.

Your character has the same abilities as any other. Male and female characters have the same abilities. The game shouldn't be any more (or less) challenging either way.

I played everquest for almost 5 yrs , never had a problem

well ya although my gf suck at playing games, but guess wat my guild's MT's a japanese gal and she rocks. her personal healer is also a singaporean gal...my guild rocks..lol
