Anyone know the name of a movie that was either on IFC or the Sundance channel?

Question

The movie was a French one, with English subtitles. Edith Piaf's famous "La Vie en Rose" is a central theme throughout the movie. The movie was very different and abstract. I loved it, yet I don't know the name.
