At my public library they let people checkout CDs and i was wondering if its legal to import them to my itunes. Isnt the public library funded by taxes? so i was think it should be legal since we practically of paid for them

i think the cd's have been bought sometime in the past so no. its like if you were yo burn a cd from a friend who has already bought it.
