I'm singing a song in a performance. Its a great song, sung by a female, so its within my range. The thing is that it switches from my lower range to my higher range (choir wise I'm a first soprano) in th emiddle of the song. The switch sounds -to me at least- bad, becuase I start out the verse sounding rough and rockish, and end in the higher notes, where my voice is very smooth and not typical of rock.

So... are there any ways to disguise the obvious swith between ranges? Any general suggestions on how to get a better sound? Thanks so much!

A while back I watched a show on Dr. Phil where this guy was suing the owner of the "Don't date this Loser" website. Anyone know what the outcome of that lawsuit was? I hope he won. She was obviously someone who cared nothing about others feelings.

Pick your bu++ and smell it?

My friend has this habit of picking his teeth, looking at the bounty, and then sucking his finger clean. Might not be that disgusting, but it sure made me a bit queasy.

Dear Husband,

Before you return from your overseas trip I just want to let you know about the small accident I had with the pickup truck when I turned into the driveway. Fortunately, it was not too bad and I really didn't get hurt, so please don't worry too much about me.
I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake. The garage door is slightly bent, but the pickup fortunately came to a halt when it bumped into your car. I've enclosed a picture so you can see it wasn't serious. I am really sorry, but I know with your kind-hearted personality you
will forgive me. You know how much I love you and care for you my sweetheart. I cannot wait to hold you in my arms again.
