it is set before world war 2 and is about a russian jewish girl who goes to brazil and falls in love and has a daughter to a brazillian man. except theres an evil man who sends her back exept to germany where nazism is in power and she ends up in a concentration camp.And i cant remember much from my mums description but..

To me, the answer has always been unequivocally "yes". I mean, it's physics. Things that fall in a medium like air cause vibrations, etc. etc., and make a sound whether or not someone hears them or not! Why do people possibly think that the answer to this question is "no"? Like "man is the measure of all things" and "there's nothing right or wrong but thinking makes it so" (Shakespeare) are similar observations. Aren't there absolutes? Some would say that such an understanding is sort of primitive--perhaps I am so. But a clear understanding of physics, chemistry and other such sciences built the space shuttle and took us to the moon--and that _is_ rocket science. So why aren't there "real" truths that exist independently of whether or not humanity is around to experience them?

Let's say you go to a communtiy college. Would you:
A) not transfer to a 4 year - take the Associates and run
B) transfer to a 4 year right away
C) take a year off and then transfer
When you answer, please say whether you are (or have been or will be) a communtiy college student. I need this for school (I already know what I'm doing, though).
