does wearing a bra all the time except for the shower affect your growth spert for your breasts?
im 13 and im wondering if its doesnt matter or if it does...

I'm 43 (and was a "late bloomer" - didn't have much size until I was in my 20s). Although I'm still not that big, growth will probably take many years before you are full sized (so don't worry if someone is bigger than you).
Regarding your question, no. Bras don't help or hinder your growth. But I'd recommend not sleeping with it on. First of all, you need to let your body relax, and it may affect your ability to sleep. Secondly, you sweat at night, so it would be better not to wear it around the clock.

No, sweetheart. Wearing a bra all the time except for the shower will most definitely not affect your growth spert for breasts. A bra helps support your breasts, not damage your growth spert.

No, It will not affect the Growth, and as you get older, Doctors have recommended that you wear Support. I would not wear a bra to bed for the lack of comfort. Considering your age right now, it does not really matter. Take Care

It may. It affects your blood flow though, which might hinder oxygen getting there, which may in turn prevent growth. No need to worry though, Im 16 and still wear sports bras, Im like ALMOST flat chested.

The only thing I remember hearing is that you shouldnt' wear it to bed, but to be honest I can't remember the reason why. Personally I hate wearing them, but I'm twice your age, so you've got a long way to go :) I wouldn't see how it can affect your growth.

no it doesn't affect how large u will be. that is predetermined by your genes. however, if you are large chested and go around not wearing one a lot, they will sag over time and you'll have tities to your knees!!! lol!
I personally hate wearing them, and take them off as soon as I can.

No, they are going to grow as they grow, but wear your bra as much as you can, because if you don't, they will get saggy.
