do you sleep with your bra off or on..and basically enver take it off (unless you shower or somthing lol)
i do cause i dont like it when i wear JUST a tee. its uncomfertable.
but hey, what do you do?

I agree...it's too restricting. I think if you ARE gonna sleep with a bra you should use one of those supportive sports bra. Imagine if the wire would tear through and get ya in the middle of the night.

It's very bad to sleep with a bra on. Thats what they say. Wear a supportive tank top, but not a bra to sleep.

Sometimes I wear a sportsbra or one of those tank tops with a bra built in when I go to bed...or on the lazy weekend days. At that special time of the month, things can rub me wrong way.

I take it off at nite but when I was younger like 12 or something i didnt take it off cuz it was uncomfortable

off! can't stand wearing the damn thing any way and it's the first thing to come off, after my shoes of course, I hate wearing them too. but to sleep, no, definitely not.
