How come sheet music for most songs you hear on the radio is transcribed half a step lower than the actual recording?

Pedro is sitting with his head between his hands. A tourist of Spain approaches and say's 'whats wrong'?

Pedro replies ' all these fields before you, I cut all the grass, do they say there goes Pedro the grass cutter?............. NO!!!
All these fences betwen them, I build all of them, do you here them say there goes Pedro the fence builder?.............. NO!!!
All the houses outside the fields I build brick by brick, one by one, do they say there goes Pedro the housebuilder..................NO!!

Frankie J sang a song on Regis & Kelly and I'm really wanting to find out the name of the song. I was in another room and didn't hear the introduction.

I know it's not "That Girl". I asked this very same question on Friday and all 5 people that answered it said it was "That Girl". Since I said the first one to answer with the name would get the 10 points and same goes for this time. I just hope I don't have to give another 10 points for the wrong answer. LOL

It's a slow song, but it's not "More that Words". I'm not sure but I think it said something about "talking to daddy" or something like that. Any help you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated...
