Dude, Ozzy started the metal revolution, you can't top that!
But then again, music-wise i'd have to go with Metallica, their sound just appeals to me more. Heavier, faster, angrier and just....better, i dunno. I just enjoy a BAND who jam and rock out over someone who just sings with a backup band.
In their own right, Metallica revamped the face of metal single-handedly. If you listen to the stuff from Kill Em All and Ride The Lightning compared to the stuff today, they were (and are) still groundbreaking in that aspect.
I'd go with Ozzy as a person though, i think it would be awesome to kick it with the prince of darkness for a day or two, haha!
