An easy riddle?

There r 32 horses in a farm arranged in the following way i.e. each column and row contains 12 horses except the central one!
The combination is given below :-
4 4 4
4 0 4
4 4 4

A theif came to the farm and stole 4 horses and arranged the remaining 28 horse in such a way that each column and row except central contains 12 horses!
Re-Arrange the pattern.

Does anyone know this MOVIE??? Disney I think???

When I was younger, every Sunday night on channel 2 they would have the Sunday night Disney movie. This movie was about Mr. Boogedy. He wore a cloak and I think he had warts all over his face. It's a family movie. I think they also did one called Bride of Boogedy. He would always say "Boogedy , boogedy BOO!!" Does anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?????

Is this true? If you lock your keys inside your car and....?

you call home and they have an extra key fob (clicker thing) and they hold it up to a cell phone and you put your cell phone on speakerphone and hold it close to your car, it will open????
