Wow tough question. Just like asking "which of your children do you like best?"
Personally, my favourite is Penny Lane as it is the best arranged pop song in history.
After that possibly A Day in a Life, Across the Universe, I Should Have Know Better, Nowhere Man, Something, It's All Too Much, I Am The Walrus, I'm Only Sleeping, All You Need is Love............... Maybe I should stop right now!

Let see... I love so many it is hard to choose. The top three that come to my head at this moment are:
"Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"- I love the creativity of this song. It's fun, it's happy, it's the Beatles.
"I've Just Seen a Face"- when I hear that song I sing it over and over for the rest of the day, and that doesn't bother me at all.
"While my Guitar Gently Weeps"- Harrison masterpiece. I love the emotion of this song.

Blackbird... because it's a simple song with simple lyrics. While The Beatles were progressing and driving forward into new and exciting musical areas... Blackbird is a throwback to their early Skiffle days... it's a guitar, and (what sounds like) a couple of spoons... and a lovely melody.
Oh... and there's also "For The Benefit of Mr. Kite" ... but only because knowing the song allowed me to win tickets to a concert a few weeks ago... otherwise the songs kinda silly.
And, unfortunately for the gentleman who answered first... 'Imagine' isn't a Beatles song... John Lennon recorded it on his own... otherwise EVERYONE would say Imagine.

Well it's actually a toss up between two. Lucy in the sky with diamonds, and Strawberry Fields Forever. For some reason they remind me of who the Beatles really were. Also it brings back memories of the movie Sgt. Pepper and the Lonely Hearts Club band starring Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees.

Has to be "Imagine" cause I can't imagine any better.
So full of hope.
OOPs, that was only Lennon. Sorry all you Beatle connoisseurs.
Second answer:
"The Long And Winding Road"
Reason:
Just loved the music, lyrics too.
Images of people returning home after an arduous trip of self-discovery.

"Tomorrow Never Knows" from "Revolver." George Harrison was vastly underrated, standing in the saccharine shadow of Paul McCartney. This song is so beautiful and flows wonderfully. Music is unique to Harrison and such a departure from the rest of the band's brand of music. Lovely!
