For me I dislike them. I wish I knew who to contact to complain to especially when you are watching a show and a commercial comes on and you are trying to listen and then the commerical lower's the sound of the show you are watching.

What matters most to you?

A car is a depreciating hunk of metal that you have to put money into it and you do not get it back.

A house appreciates in value and if you put money into it you more than likely will get it back.

A house is a no-brainer to me. I have friends who drive cars that cost more than the down payment they put on a house.
