I'm having problems with my vibrato. I've already practiced it off the instrument, I'm pretty good at vibrato in third position. My hand tends to tighten around the neck. Any pointers?

I posted a question about Yahoo answers, it's under the Polls and Surveys. I was not trying to upset anybody and I surely was not meaning, I was going to try and enforce, the question that I asked, it was just a question. Please don't take the question and blow it out of proportion, I could think of a milllion things in the world, that need more attention, such as child abuse, domestic violence, rape, etc...
