Schindler's List. Spielberg established the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation. It is the largest collection of visual history testimonies in the world, containing nearly 52,000 videotaped interviews given by Holocaust survivors and witnesses, collected in 56 countries and recorded in 32 languages. Spielberg also made the comment that it took him 10 yrs. to be emotionally ready to make this film.

Ohhh this is tough. He is so good.
I'll have to go with Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
For it's time, that movie was very advanced with special effects and technology.
E.T. comes in 2nd. Who could not love that movie?
Oh, and Schindlers List just came to mind. That movie was very important to him and his family. Such a tragedy!!

Jeez, he's had so many good ones (plus, Howard the Duck) . . . not just good, but precedent setting . . . Close Encounters, ET, Jurrasic Park . . . but of all of them, I think Jaws effected the most people for the longest period of time . . . I still look for sharks at the beach!
