It is that one country song. It is about a little girl and it has the lyrics " and the people from the city ..." and then at different verses the singer (male) keeps on saying, and the people and then adding different words at the end!!!!! Please help me!!!!!1

I was cryin when the dr said Rose Tyler then dissappeared it wass obivious he was going to say i love you.... he did it in the episode - The Satans Pit but he didnt say it he just let go of the rope and fell.
