Does anybody know what the past tense word for "dream" is? My son and I were just talking about it, and we started cracking up about it! I think that it is "dreamt", and seeing as he is only 8 years old, he thinks it is "drame"...cute, huh?

Anyhow, does anybody know?

I'm sure it's spelt wrong-I have written it as it sounds. Was it part of a song or chant, a game? It sounds french. I don't recall a melody with it, but I know I learned it in the primary school in the late1960's. What is it? Does somebody know? My daughter is facinated by the sound of it when I repeat the words and we'd love to know if there was more to it and what it means. Can you help?

(Am I in the right category with this question? If not, apologies!)
