A plagiarist is one who takes another persons work and tries to pass it off as their own without acknowledging the originator.

I'm guessing it is an incorrect spelling of plagiarist, which is the act of the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work.
In other words, stealing stuff.

If it is plagiarist then, it is someone who copied from somebody else’s work, or somebody else’s idea and presents the same as his or her own work or idea.
You may find many of such persons from these columns!!!!
