Does anybody know what the past tense word for "dream" is? My son and I were just talking about it, and we started cracking up about it! I think that it is "dreamt", and seeing as he is only 8 years old, he thinks it is "drame"...cute, huh?

Anyhow, does anybody know?

Dreamt or dreamed would be the past tense. The useage is the same; it just depends on the common dialect in the area.
