Where can I find gluten-free products in Calgary?

I'm moving to Calgary and will be working in downtown and probably living reletively nearby (if I can find an apartment!) Are GF products found easily in Calgary? Are there any gluten-free bakery's or pizza places?

What's the best Chinese dim sum place in Calgary?

Going to Calgary in a few days.. what's the best dim sum place in Calgary and the best place to go for a Chinese supper? Thanks.. I've heard of Harbour City (btw, what's the Chinese name for that restaurant? Pinyin will be fine.. thanks) and Forbidden City, any additional comments or suggestions?

restaurant ethic lacking?

Ok.Was just up to the Calgary tower. Can't believe the service. Well lack off. What happened to treating each person as equals. Was up at the cafe with my two daughters and never go any service. Yes they were still open the person behind the bar did see that we sat down. I even asked for the hours just to make sure. So my question is this the way every restaurant is turning out to be or should I have expected more.

Italian restaurants in Calgary??

Anyone know of any nice, reasonably priced, reservation needed (i hate waiting for a table on a friday) italian restaurants in calgary?

I'm thinking either Gnocchi's (not sure if they take reservations), or Il Sogno. I'm trying to find something like the Olive Garden (but they don't take reservations on Friday and Saturday nights).
