if yes why do some eat with a knife and fork?

Some people eat it with a knife and fork because it's too hot to pick up. Some do so because they get freaked out about getting sauce or oil on their hands. Some people use a knife and fork because they want to give Emily Post lessons. Some people have reasons I couldn't even begin to guess.

Pizza is finger food, definitely. The only time I use a knife and fork on it is when I order extra cheese and they go overboard, and the cheese starts to fall off.

sometimes i eat pizza with my hands sometimes i eat witha knife and fork it all depends on the mood i'm in i was raised to use a knife and fork with just about everything. it was not until i was 10 that i started eating with my hands and even then it is certain foods. besides in england it is normal to eat with knife and fork.
